
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges or refunds must be returned to our office within 7 days of postage (21 days for orders outside of Australia). Any items returned after those dates will be exchanged or given a refund at the discretion of Swimwear Shop.
ALL ACCESSORY ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE - ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON SALE ITEMS
Swimwear Shop reserve the right to refuse a customer if they are deemed to be requesting excessive returns or exchanges.
All returned items must be in their original condition with original tags and gusset protector intact (no exceptions).
Returned item/s which have been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or are missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. As a precaution please wear an undergarment when you try on the item. No exchange or credit will be issued, the purchaser will be charged for the return postage and will forfeit all claims.
In the case of returns/exchanges we recommend all packages be insured. We hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
EXCHANGES
Defective Merchandise will be replaced with the same item of the original order. We will refund return postage costs and no additional postage will be incurred by the purchaser. Items received after 7 days will only be accepted at our discretion (14 days for international customers).
When returning an item for exchange, the customer is responsible for all postage costs. We reserve the right to recover any costs charged to us on the return of any item to Swimwear Shop. These costs will be charged to your original nominated credit card.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Exchanges will be shipped to all customers as per our listed postal rates - this includes all shipping and handling charges.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EXCLUDING NEW ZEALAND)
No additional return postage will be charged if the exchange is to be shipped standard post, allow 10-12 days for delivery (this is not applicable to Accessory or Sale Items).
If Express Courier shipping is required, then the listed postage rates will apply.
Please email us or note on your exchange form which return option you would prefer.
REFUNDS
If you prefer a refund rather than an item exchange, please indicate in the box on your Return & Exchanges Form. This form must be included with all returned items. Once the form and items have been received and the items have been thoroughly checked that they have not been worn with all the tags and hygiene strips still in place, a refund will be issued.
ACCESSORY & SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns. (This does not apply for defective items being returned. In this case postage will be refunded and no additional postage will be incurred by the purchaser).
If your original purchase was made with a credit card, your refund will be issued to the same card account. Please allow 30 - 60 days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was paid by cheque we will post your refund to you by cheque.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Complete and return the enclosed Return & Exchange Form, or click here to obtain a form, clearly indicating size and colour of your exchange. All returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed form.
In regard to International Customers (excluding New Zealand) please email us or notify us on the returns form which method of shipping you would prefer for your return, Standard (no charge) or Express Courier (charges apply).
Enclose the form, along with a copy of the original invoice and item/s.
Contact us via e-mail to notify us of your return at sales@swimwearshop.com.au that way we can ensure that your exchange is in stock and we will place the item/s on hold for you. If the item is not available, we will email you and offer you a refund or the option to select another item.
